Remote Support – the hourly rate for Quik Tech Solutions L.L.C remote support services is $125.00 USD per hour Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 9am until 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Any work performed outside of these hours (nights and weekends) will be billed at $150.00 USD per hour.  Quik Tech Solutions L.L.C must receive payment in full & up front in order to schedule remote session. There is a 1 hour non-refundable minimum for all support sessions. Additional time over the initial hour will be billed in 30 minute increments.

Warranty – each hour worked is considered billable. There is no warranty or guarantee on hourly work as to the outcome.  Quik Tech Solutions L.L.C will make every attempt to successfully resolve your issue.

 

24/7 Support – please note that Quik Tech Solutions L.L.C is NOT a 24/7 emergency support provider.  If you have an urgent issue, we will do our best to address it and get it resolved as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee immediate availability.

 

Invoicing – payment for onsite services is due upon completion of said service. Proposals or services greater than $400 require 40% down, with balance due on completion of service. Invoices are due upon receipt. There will be a 10% late charge for any invoices remaining unpaid after 30 days. Additional work will not be performed until all outstanding balances have been satisfied.

Outstanding Balances - All customer accounts are expected to be in good standing at all times. No additional work will be performed if there are outstanding balances on a customer's account.

Termination – either party may terminate services at any time by notifying the other party in writing or via email.  Any hours worked prior to the termination are still considered billable hours.
